186 Visa Australia

All You Need to Know About 186 Visa Australia (Employer Sponsored)

The Employer Nomination Scheme (Subclass 186) enables qualified Australian managers to recruit satisfactorily talented offshore job seekers to reside and make ends meet in Australia indefinitely.

What 186 visa Australia allows you to do?

The Employer Sponsored Visa Subclass 186 is a Permanent Residency visa. Once acknowledged, it permits the possessor (and any acquaintances added in the form) to:

  • reside in Australia on an indefinite basis

  • hold a job and learn in Australia (without constraints)

  • wend your way to and from Australia for five years from the date the visa is issued

  • sign up in Medicare (Australia’s widespread health care programme)

  • register for Australian residency (based on eligibility)

  • support qualified acquaintances for a number of temporary and permanent Australian visas

The five-year travel limitation only prohibits return to Australia after the invalidity of the five-year duration after which a Resident Return visa or other relevant visas will be required. It does not affect the bearers of this visa who are within the Australian borders.
